These retired items were produced by Timpo in England in the early 1980s. Each of the hand weapons was meant to fit into the ring hand of a knight, Crusader, Viking or 1776 soldier. The jousting lances were meant for mounted knights. The Roman accoutrements were intended to replace or supplement original Timpo Roman gear. All are made of unpainted plastic. The set is in new, mint, undamaged condition.
