This unique set can be used for the Civil War (for infantry, cavalry or artillery), the Plains Wars, and for such American Colonial Adventures as the "Banana Wars," The Spanish American War and the Relief of Peking in 1900. Contents include (top row, left to right) a hitching post with separate saddle atop it (the saddle can also go on the next item), a horse, a trooper and horse being led by the reins; (second row, left to right) a baker removing bread from the oven, a brick oven, a bench with mess tins, pots and a coffee pot and a pup tent; (third row, let to right) a trooper sitting on a stump eating stew, a campfire with stew pot, a cook stirring or serving stew, officer with map, officer issuing orders.
