When Richard Conte began producing his spectacular range of plastic figures, one of the projects he considered was the Revolutionary War. He produced a few score of these figures and gave some of them to us rather than carry them home after attending the New York Toy Fair in the late 1990s. We lost track of the carton which held them in the vast uncharted wilderness of our warehouse, but uncovered them recently.
