This vintage Marx Battleground Playset was originally released by the great American toy manufacturer in the 1960s and 70s. A true evergreen, it was popular when Marx first issued it and it continues to delight collectors 5 decades after it was withdrawn from production. This set, composed entirely of real, original Marx figures and accessories, is packed in a real Marx playset box from the period (with full color illustration on the lid). Please note that the box illustration does not accurately represent the contents, as colors and parts selection varied from set-to-set because Marx made different versions of this item over the years it was produced.
The contents of this set are about 98% complete. Almost everything is in excellent condition, with the exception of a few damaged pieces. The box is in good condition.
