Complete 16-piece set in ex-mint condition - 54mm painted expanded foam resin accessories
This is one of Ron Barzso's most famous sets. The Davy Crockett Stockade Fort is more than just a fortified position, it's a settlement, with 2 multi-room living or storage structures built right into the walls.
This classic toy is comprised of 16 pieces:
- A fully-functional 3-piece gate with doors which hang on hinges to open and close
- Two identical multi-room living or storage structures with outer palisade walls, plus firing platforms running the entire length of their roofs.
- One long stockade wall (the same length as the gate).
- Four right-angle stockade corner wall sections.
- Two long firing parapets (which fit into slots along the gate and long walls).
- Four right angle firing parapets (which fit into slots along the corner sections).
This set is rarely seen, and then it is usually lacking the six firing parapets and/or the two gate pieces. This is a complete set, which we purchased directly from the manufacturer when it was first produced.
