Starlux "Luxe" French Republican Guard Cavalry- set of 7 with 7 horses
7 figures in 7 poses plus 7 horses (horse colors may vary) - painted plastic figures
This long-retired set was produced by Starlux in the 1980s, as part of their high-end "Luxe" range. Luxe figures were better sculpted, better painted and generally more substantial than their lower-priced "Choc" range.
This lot includes 7 figures in 7 poses, in excellent-mint condition (although some may show slight wear and/or dust and/or rubs or other slight imperfections). Poses include Officer, trooper with sword, trooper with lance, flag bearer, trumpet, Sousaphone (?) and drummer with twin timpani drums. They have been stored in our smoke-free, climate-controlled warehouse since they were originally purchased direct from Starlux over 4 decades ago.
