Timpo Basic-plus paint Job: these Timpo models are better painted than the rest of our basic painted figure range. Like the Timpo painted figures of the 1950s they have more than just the details painted on. In addition to flesh, uniform buttons, facings and/or collar tabs, eyes, weapons, packs and belting, shoes and hair, we have also painted trousers and/or jackets and/or kilts and/or other elements which make the figures look "right" to us. We still leave the basic color of the plastic untouched, but the addition of extra colors really makes these the top of the basic paint job range.
