The French and Indian War Tri Series set #2 - Forest Ambush
The British are unable to hold out in Form William Henry before reinforcements can arrive. Offered honorable terms of surrender by the French, they choose to abandon the fort and march back to their territory. But as they pass through a heavily wooded valley, they are attacked from both flanks by a well-organized force of French-allied Eastern Woodland Indians. Firing from cover and charging into the packed mass of the retreating British and their American colonial militia, the situation is dire. Will the Iroquois, Ottawa and Abenaki tribesmen prevail, or can the British fight them off? (Please note: in this version of the playset, the Form Tech Hills are shown for dramatic detail, but are not included.)
This is one of three different, but inter-connected, Toy Soldier Company French and Indian War Playsets. Each set can stand on its own, but when combined with the other two sets from the same range the resulting collection creates a broad canvas upon which you and your kids can rewrite history! Please note that the contents of each set are almost entirely different from the others in the range. When combining all three sets you will save a further 10% off the cost of the trio.
