PLAYSET ORDERS
All playsets are shipped FREE to U.S. destinations via U.P.S. or U.S. Mail ground service.  3rd day ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, as well as overseas playset orders, are shipped at cost at customer's expense. Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only

REGULAR GROUND DELIVERY All orders are shipped via U.P.S. or US Priority Mail.  If you have a preference, please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box.
NEXT DAY AIR incurs a minimum additional charge of $27.00. 
2nd DAY AIR incurs a minimum additional charge of $22.00.
3rd DAY GROUND incurs a minimum additional charge of $17.00.
If actual costs are higher we will charge or bill you the difference.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:

Due to the high cost of processing and handling, orders bound for destinations outside the U.S. are charged our regular shipping fees as quoted above, plus a surcharge of $30.00. For Canada, the surcharge is $16.00 ($10.00 postage allowance, $6.00 handling fee). If actual postage costs exceed this amount, we will charge the difference to your credit card.  For playset orders, there is no domestic shipping charge, but the actual cost of shipping these large boxes always exceeds the $30.00 surcharge. As with all overseas orders, we charge the additional amount to your credit card. Please contact us if you wish us to estimate the shipping cost.

Please note: Overseas customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges, and should anticipate this expense when ordering. The Toy Soldier Company has a strict policy to accurately report the value of all shipments. Packages refused due to customs charges are refundable for their value only, not the shipping charges which can be applied in both directions. Please consider carefully before ordering.
