 To
search our database, begin at the Product Search page. Choose
from the six categories, for example, ‘Plastic Toy Soldiers.’
Once you have clicked on a category page, you can select from
the drop down lists for Era, Maker, Scale and Figure Type to
define your search. You can choose from any or all of the
available lists. After you have chosen the attributes of the
item you are looking for, hit the ‘Find’ button to search our
catalog. Depending on the search results, additional drop-down
lists may appear so you can further refine your search.
To start a new search, click on the 'New Search' button, which will
take you to the beginning pages for your selection of the type of item you
want. The drop-down lists will be on the page as well, and they will give
you a much faster search.

- When adding something to your shopping cart, a pop-up window will
inform you that the item has been added.
- To see what you have in your
cart, click the 'Display Cart' button.
- If you make any changes in your shopping cart, be sure to
click on ‘Update Cart’ before leaving the page.
- For secure transactional reasons,
you may only begin the checkout process from the shopping cart.
- If you have checked out and the shopping cart appears to be
empty, please be advised that we will not know what you have
ordered. Place the order again, or call or email to let us know
what you are ordering.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call or
email and we can confirm that the order came through. Possible
reasons for this are a typo in your email address, or a high
security setting on your email account, which labels our email
as spam. If the confirmation email is rejected, we usually have
no way of knowing.
