(Snap-together hard plastic sea-rover)
What a delightful find! This hardy vessel, well-copied (shall we say 'influenced'?) from the now-discontinued Playmobil Viking Ship, is a soldier collector's dream. The boat features a beautifully carved dragon prow, a large, wide roomy deck, 8 shields (each with stickers of different design), 6 oars, 1-piece painted sail, carved stern post. This may be a copy, but it's a fine substitute for the classic Playmobil version. (54mm Marx Vikings shown for scale) |
