We process most Internet orders within 1-3 business days. Orders
requiring custom painting, or special assembly, can take longer. If a
delay is expected, we will contact you. We encourage you to advise us of
your time frame (for example: "Needed for a birthday on the 14th"),
either in the Special Instructions section of the order form, by
calling, or by email, and we can alert you to the expected turnaround
time.
We ship daily from our warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey, using
UPS or Priority Mail. If you have a shipping preference, please let us
know when you place your order. If an order is needed urgently, we offer
UPS express service for a minimum charge of $35 for Next Day Air, $25 for Second Day Air and $20 for Third Day Ground. Please note:
selecting UPS Next Day/Second Day/Third Day does not guarantee that your
order will ship on the same day it is received. Orders must be
processed before they can ship, and the time varies depending on the
items ordered. The costs of UPS Air Service can vary widely, depending
on the size of the parcel and the destination. If UPS Next Day, 2nd Day
or Third Day is selected and the actual shipping cost far exceeds the
minimum quoted above, we will do our best to contact you, but we reserve
the right to charge any difference to your credit card.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Due to the high cost of processing and handling, orders bound for
destinations outside the U.S. are charged our regular shipping fees as
quoted above, plus a surcharge of $30.00. For Canada, the surcharge is
$17.00. If actual postage costs exceed this amount, we will charge the
difference to your credit card. For playset orders, there is no domestic
shipping charge, but the actual cost of shipping these large boxes
always exceeds the $20.00 surcharge. As with all overseas orders, we
charge the additional amount to your credit card. Please contact us if
you wish us to estimate the shipping cost
Please note: Overseas customers are responsible for any
customs and duty charges, and should anticipate this expense when
ordering. The Toy Soldier Company has a strict policy to accurately
report the value of all shipments. Packages refused due to customs
charges are refundable for their value only, not the shipping charges
which can be applied in both directions. Please consider carefully
before ordering.
Please pay only with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover) or with $U.S. postal money orders or $US money orders
drawn on a U.S. bank. Other payment forms will be returned.

Our staff is available during phone hours to take credit card orders
and answer questions over the phone. Our phone hours are Monday to

internet, or would prefer to send a check or money order as payment, you
are welcome to fill out an order form online and then print it out. You
can also print out the blank form and fill it in by hand. Please refer

York, Connecticut and New Jersey must pay sales tax.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS:
If we cannot fill your entire order, we will
backorder the missing items. You must pay shipping on these goods unless the order is
pre-paid by check or money order. If you don't want to backorder, please let us know and
we'll send you a TSC credit or refund.
INTERNET PRIVACY POLICY
Please rest assured that our shopping cart system is fully secure. Your
personal information and credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL
technology. The Toy Soldier Company has a strict policy never to
exchange or share our customers' information, including email addresses,
with anyone!
Except as noted, all items are returnable for refund, credit or
exchange within 2 weeks of delivery. The following items are NOT
returnable: sale or discounted items, custom-painted (by TSC) figures or
accessories, books, and out-of-production merchandise. Out-of-production
boxed sets or any boxed sets where we deem the return to negatively
affect the potential for resale will not be accepted for return.

within two weeks of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized by
Jamie. After receiving authorization, simply return the goods for a
credit or refund (please specify) of the purchase price. We do not
refund shipping charges.
- If you want to return opened bags of figures or other items
which have already been opened, we will accept them, but there will
be a 20% restocking charge on all such goods. On playsets, a flat
$10.00 restock charge applies whether or not they have been opened
(this box pays for a new box for the next customer). Incomplete sets
will not be accepted for return.
- Responsibility is on the customer to ensure that returned
merchandise reaches us in the same condition it was shipped, or it
cannot be accepted. Please use stout cardboard boxes and plastic
packing chips as we do, NOT envelopes, jiffy bags or other
lightweight packaging.

LAYAWAY PLAN
We offer an interest-free layaway plan for plastic figures and
accessories. Order as many items as you wish, taking full advantage of
our sales and discounts, and pay off your order over a period of three
months. Vintage metal sets are eligible for layaways, but metal sets
currently in production are not.
Here’s the procedure to set up a layaway through the website: fill up
your shopping cart with your desired items, then check out, listing the
credit card number you wish to use for your deposit. In the Special
Instructions box, indicate that you would like to set up a layaway. When
you submit the order, the full purchase price will appear, but that
amount is NOT charged to your card. Our internet shopping cart transmits
the data on a secure channel. As with all our orders, your credit card
is only charged after the order is filled. Once a layaway order is
filled, we charge your credit card 25% of the total cost. You then have
three months to pay off the balance. You are responsible for contacting
us when you wish to make a payment – we do not automatically charge your
card. You can pay the balance in any way you wish, as long as it is paid
in full within three months.
As with any order, you can call us to set up a layaway
(1-888-825-8697 or 1-201-792-6665), or fill out an online order form
(link appears above) including all shipping charges and any tax, and
mail it in with a 25% deposit.
Conditions of Sale for all Layaways: Once we receive the first
payment on a layaway, the goods you order are set aside in a secure area
and cannot be sold by us to other customers. In return, we require that
you accept responsibility for these goods. You cannot alter the order by
addition or deletion once your initial 25% payment is made. Once a
layaway is started, it is ‘set in stone.’ If a layaway is cancelled, you
will forfeit all money paid to date. If you have not paid the full
amount of the layaway within three months of your first payment, all
goods are returned to stock and any funds received in payment are
forfeited. We do not accept returns or exchanges on layaways.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE:
Price changes will be quoted at time of shipping,
and customers are automatically given the option of returning all goods which have been
re-priced if they have not been notified in advance.
IF YOU'RE MOVING:
It is your responsibility to give us your new
address so we can change your postal information. We cannot be responsible for goods sent
to old addresses if you fail to notify us of your move.
Care is taken to ensure that any statement (e.g., as to maker,
description and condition) is reliable and accurate, but all such
statements are statements of opinion. We urge buyers to consider the
risks of allowing children of any age to play with toys in an
unsupervised environment. We assume no responsibility for the goods we
sell once they leave our premises, and customers, by making purchases
from us, agree to assume full responsibility for the use and subsequent
