Christmas Ordering Tips:

1. Don’t assume it’s too late, and don’t assume you’ll have to pay express delivery charges!
   We do our best to turn orders around in one-two business days during the Christmas season, and we are constantly watching the calendar to be sure to ship parcels in time for Christmas delivery. We ship from New Jersey. As we get closer to the big day, UPS express delivery becomes essential for addresses on the West Coast, followed by the Midwest, and finally the East Coast. 2. Call Us!!
   Our toll free number is 1-888-825-8697. We’re answering questions and taking orders from 10am to 6pm EST Monday to Saturday, Tuesdays until 10pm. That’s Eastern time in the U.S. You can also email us at customerservice@toysoldierco.com. We check emails every hour and answer them as soon as possible.
3. Remember the last date for Christmas orders is Dec. 23
   Since Dec. 25 is a Friday this year, the absolute last date for Christmas orders is Wednesday, Dec. 23. Our UPS pickup is at 5pm, so you must call us by mid-afternoon so we can fill the order and prepare it for pickup.
4. Please be sure to give us good contact information
   If we have questions or concerns about your order or the turnaround time, we really will try to get in touch! Our first choice is the phone. If we can’t reach you in person, we’ll send an email. So please be sure the phone number you supply when order will reach you during business hours. (If you prefer us not to call you, there is a box on the order form you can check to let us know.) And check your spam filters for emails from us.
   
5. Consider a playset if buying for kids
   Each heavily discounted playset is a big box full of unpainted plastic toy soldiers and accessories like tanks, cannons, forts or castles, ready to be set up and played with on the living room rug – it’s perfect for the young enthusiast.
