WWII Pacific Campaign - figures, accessories and games - plus movie suggestions!

On March 14, HBO premiered a new 10-part series based on the experiences of three U.S. soldiers in the Pacific Campaign of World War II. World War II's Pacific Campaign was notable for numerous acts of heroism beyond the call of duty, for its high level of battle savagery that often disallowed calls for quarter, for a true sense of community among the allies (largely based on their mutual hatred of the "barbarous" Japanese) and for its long, drawn-out battles which sometimes lasted for weeks without respite. The new HBO series, "The Pacific" tells the story of the U.S. Marine Corps as they battle the Japanese for dominance across the arc of the WWII campaign.
